Phenology from EO practice

In this exercise, you are going to work with the same file you used for GPP to yield conversion.

The task is to select a meaningful start of the season (SOS, start_of_season) and end of the season (EOS, end_of_season). 

Once you change it the graph will change (the orange area will move).

Questions to answer in the assignment:

• How many growing seasons do you see in this data?
• What is the length of those growing seasons in days?
• Assuming the crop is rice, what is the yield that you are getting for each growing season?

Bonus task:

Download decadal net primary productivity (NPP) data for your field of choice from WaPOR for the last 5 years and answer the questions for your dataset.
